Thank you so much! This is incredibly informative and it's obvious you did a lot of research before putting this together. EXACTLY what I was seeking, a master video full of information on skincare products at a lower price range, specifically with the 'Korean skincare routine' in mind. I love the face charts to simplify what items help which skin types ^_^

An update on the CoxRx AHA/BHA Toner; apparently they changed the formulation at one point and now the pH averages at about 5.5 (+/- 0.50) pH and thus is out of the effective pH range for the AHA and BHA. CosRx was notified recently (the AB Reddit forum realized the issue) and CosRx is now having a poll to see if people are fine with the higher pH or if they want it back down to the effective range (though it would then contain some alcohol). They changed the formula in 2016 to make it more stable and so the product wouldn't crystallize in the bottle, a reoccurring issue apparently.

Sadly the C20 serum breaks me out. I was really looking forward to the acne marks fading but it gave me more. I knew it was the culprit because ive stopped using it and when i tried it again, i had pimples again.

These videos are so great and so helpful!! I went to South Korea in May and fell in love
with the skincare! I bought SO many items and now I have no idea where and when
to use them. What makes it even more complicated is that I also have a vit c
serum and a dr prescribed retin a that I’m supposed to use. Could you please
help guide me as to where in my routine I might use these items and what
absolutely should be used on different days, etc? I’m 45 years old with dry
skin with fine lines and a few deeper forehead wrinkles. I would SO appreciate
your help with this. I went a little nuts buying all this stuff. Also, do you
think there’s anything here I shouldn’t be using that may not be enough for
mature skin? I can always give what I won’t be using to my 25 year old niece. Lol Please help me with my skincare regimen lineup…I'm soooo confused and overwhelmed! This is what I have (feel like there's a lot of duplicate ingredient items here…ugh):

Sulwhasoo First Care Activating Serum Missha The First Treatment Essence Intensive MoistMay Coop Raw SauceCOSRX AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner COSRX BHA Black Head Power Liquid MIZON Hyaluronic Acid 100 MIZON Original skin Energy Peptide 500I'm Real Tea Tree Sebum & Pore LotionHada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Lotion- richSeveral Ampoules, Essences, Serums, face oils- ugh- so manySeveral (too many) face masksAnd I really don’t know where to fit these two into my regimen (was using one for day and one for night):

VITAMIN CRetin A 1%Thanks so much!

    Can I use multiple toners?

My face routine looks as follows:
    1. The Face Shop Light Oil cleanser
    2. The Face Shop Foaming cleanser
    3. Corsx AHA/BHA toner
**wait about 5-10 minutes for that to absorb completely
    4. Mizon Snail Repair Ampoule
    5. Cerave hydrating cream

Is it possible to apply my Mario B. rosewater spray right after applying the Corsx and allow that to dry before moving on to my ampoule?

Any advice would be great! I'm kinda fishing in the dark with my questions. Haha! thanks!

Is it best not to to mention any of the products that contain alcohol and mineral oil, both known to be a skin irritant, drying, increases aging etc. The Peach Sake Serum and the sunscreens mentioned also contains alcohol. But Rose Water restores the natural PH of your skin which makes it an ideal toner. Although I've enjoyed your video – FF8 music!

Thumbs up for Asan Beauty community on Reddit! xD Your Skincare series and recommendations just got me subscribed! :))) Hope that you'll continue doing these. I love how in-depth and explanatory your videos are. Maybe you could make a video tutorial on how to shop on some Asian shopping websites such as Rakuten, G-market, 11st, Avecko etc. or a comparison between them with your tips and tricks. I also noticed that you haven't discussed First Essences so far. Is there a reason why? Well, they are normally above 20 USD, which would explain why you haven't included such here but still, I'd love te hear your opinion on them too. Same goes for sleeping packs and sheet masks. Greetings from Bulgaria! 🙂
