Has anyone attempted to dispute these charges through their bank?  My Mom ordered this product and didn't realize they continued to take this out of her account and it was for several months!  I called to cancel on her behalf.  They would not refund any money at first, even if you returned the product unopened.  After I threatened to go to the Better Business Bureau and dispute charges with my bank, they told me that I wouldn't win because I (as my mom) agreed to terms.  They finally offered me a 75% refund on only the last 2 shipments, but only if I agreed, on a recorded line,  not to take further action.  I am not sure if I did the right thing, since my Mom was charged over $700, and they are returning only $141.

I am caught in this trap and don't know what to do. I have called them to stop sending this and stop charging me $200 per month but they don't do it. I only ordered the trial for postage and now they are charging me every month I don't have that kind of money

This product does not, repeat does not, work! The marketing is a scam!! I was charged for the products and never even received them in the mail. There is no return address on the envelope when the first samples of product came in. I didn't read the fine print and was being charged for $90 per item. When I called the 800 number and they refunded me half and told me to keep the product. However, after paying for the product and receiving half a refund, I never received anything from this kemp any. I a, writing this company off and considered a lost on my part. DO not buy from this company. I wish I had reviewed some of those comments before I purchased the products.

I was so furious when I found out they charged me twice, around $90 each time after my trial period was over. I cancelled my card just to be safe. You never know what they'll do with your information.

I agree it is a total rip off! Does not work! I thought I had seen an opt out for not wanting the monthly shipment. So I was not paying attention to any dates. I ordered the free trial January 16th and today January 31st their is a change to my bank account for $89.92 (for the face cream & eye cream) The charge had a phone number … 855-279-3877 which I called to try and get my money back. Well no way! I was told, "had I called yesterday (January 30th) I would have gotten a full refund." I did make sure to cancel any further shipments and in the end Ty, the customer service rep. gave me a 35% discount on the charge (he said they have a coupon for 35% off and he could apply it to the charge). I should be receiving $31.47 refund. So there is the phone number everyone …. call it ASAP!

Realized after typing this today is January 30! Tried calling back for my full refund! I was on hold 15 minutes before press 3 for a representative to call me back…… we will see if that ever happens ……

Well no refund! The new rep. I spoke to said it is their policy to give NO refunds. So….. make sure to do your cancellation prior to 14 days!

I ordered the free trial and they sent me the eye cream only. I was told that if I didn't cancel I would be billed $80.00 and that I had 10 days to cancel. Also said that it was to be used daily for 30days in order to see the results. I literally just cancelled using this number 888-408-9510.

BIG SCAM. RIP OFF. Don't waste your money. They mail the product without a company name, address or phone number and no way to contact them. Avoid the scam. They will automatically bill your account each month unless you call to cancel.
Here's the phone number to cancel: 844-243-4364.

They said their company name is: Customer Care, but won't tell me what city they are located. Please don't waste your money and your time.

I ordered mine and emailed them to cancel within the time allotted but it didn't count because I didn't call. My spirit told me to cancel my credit card and get a new one but I didn't and they charged me. I found the number on my credit card bill statement and called them. They said they could only refund 35% of the cost and I was beyond indignant. Also, they used the video from "instantly ageless" on their website making it seem as though it were their product. After more research, I discovered that the video used was also shown on GMA for Instantly ageless.

It's a rip-off. The "free trial" is two weeks, but it starts from the day you order, not the day you get it (which is at least a week later).

I think there is a $37.00 cancellation fee if you cancel before it ships…call and ask about Terms before you get screwed.

Hey, I just ordered the free trial out of "excitement." However, after reading a couple of reviews, I wanted to cancel my order ASAP even before it arrives. I was wondering how does one cancel subscription since I didn't really make an account? It only asked for my email info?
