HI Lilly! Thanks for the review. Have you tried turmeric for teeth whitening? What do you think about it: I'm using it now, and once in a while but I have never been consistent in order to see some big results, but as far as I could see, there was some improvment in colour of the teeth. 🙂

New subscriber. What is the texture of the product? I made my own mix with charcoal (fine texture) clay and essential oils. I use it twice a day, so I'm wondering if yours is grainy. I'm going to try the oil pulling you suggested.

HELP. I want a Sonicare but there are so many on amazon – do I get the $20 one, the $40 one or the $100 one??? Thanks for all the info in this video.

Toothcare always causes me so much anxiety, I got a cavity filled a year ago and after they filled it my tooth was SO SENSITIVE that I can only drink water with a straw 🙁 I went to a different more esteemed Denist to get it re-filled and still having the same issue, worried I need a root canal. I'll try this mineral rinse and a Sonicare to see if it helps.

I've never tried this particular product but I make similar home made concoction for myself using just green clay , charcoal , neem powder , distilled aloe juice and some coconut oil + some mint oil . I've been using it for a few years every day and it has never given me any problems , it makes the teeth really white and clean . My formulation is not abrasive at all , it's actually slimy .

I unfortunately have tetracycline stains on my 2 front teeth that will never go away 😫 but i did just have all the amalgam fillings replaced w/ composite. They were in over 1/2 my teeth! I use Dr. Bronners toothpaste, it works pretty well. Also, your skin looks fabulous in this video!!

I bought a similar product, different brand, awhile back. I used it twice and gave up because it left my teeth black and I had to spend time flossing and rinsing out all the black particles it left all over my mouth. It was a big process to clean up my mouth after using it. Was this your experience? Any tips n this?

rinse with 'anhydrous colloidal silica' (Qsilica). Also really good for skin and hair in a 1-1 mix with water in a spray bottle.
Silica is actually pretty important overall.

I always get all stressed when it's about teeth.. I had root canal treatment on my front tooth like 12 years ago (I was in high school) and since then I can't even think about teeth whitening because on my front tooth it will never work. My treated tooth is a lot yellower than the rest of my teeth which sucks. I had it whitened from the inside once but it will never be the same. It has always made my life difficult cause I want to smile freely but I just can't. Moreover, that tooth was also operated 2 years ago because it started hurting again and since then I have chronic pain in my upper teeth (yes, not just that one). I have visited 16 dentists and professionals in the past 2 years and nobody could help. There were dentists who said it's not real pain I feel and maybe I should visit a psychologist. I'm a little bit lost right now. I went to a place and I was practically praying to the doctor to just pull it out and he didn't want to cause he looked at the Xrays and said everything was fine so he won't remove that tooth. He said even if he removed it, the pain might remain and then we will just make the situation worse. This is like a nightmare to me by this point but I live with it. There are days I have to take medicine because the pain is so strong but then there are days I don't even notice it. I hoped with time the pain will fade but it doesn't. So first, somehow the pain has to stop then I have to find a solution for the aesthetic side of the problem. Sorry, I just wanted to share my story, maybe someone has an idea or something.

oh, cool! one of the ingredients of the charcoal powder is activated coconut shell charcoal. so, i'm doing some research for a professor of mine at the college i go to and our research project is to remove a known carcinogen called NDMA (n-nitrosodimethylamine) from water. well, known carcinogen to animals, anyway. hasn't been proven YET as carcinogenic in humans, but it can still harm our liver and lungs, soooooo. where we live here in nm there are tons of pecan shells left over from the harvest every year and we are working toward activating pecan shell carbon to remove this NDMA from the water supply. we're actually trying to get its properties as close to coconut shell chars as much as we can since the coconut does a really great job of removing the NDMA.
with regard to this charcoal product for teeth cleaning, i imagine the activated coconut shell char adsorbs (yes, adsorb with a d) stuff that comes off of the teeth which just means the gunk sticks to the surface of the coconut shell char whilte you're brushing. activating it just means increasing the surface area so more veeeery small particles (perhaps on the nano scale) get stuck to the char and, BAM! cleaner teeth

I like the "ugly by nature" toothpaste. It has charcoal and coconut oil mixed together and is not abrasive at all.
