@4dEgrEE: It'll lightly to moderately sting for maybe 3-4 hours but then subside. It's not that bad. This is the same model and needle length I have.

If you're using a second hand one you'll get infections, you'll also get infections if you don't sterilize the needle. However, any infection caught by this will not lead to death. Even if we entertain that idea, you'd only die if you live in the middle of no where and/or don't bother to visit your doctor/hospital when you get severely ill.

after using it, what should i put on my face? should i just wash it with face cleanser? (since the pores will be open and more prone to get infected)

Hi Kalina, we would recommended 1.0mm or higher for stretch marks, the size would depend on how deep the stretch marks are. You can visit our site for more information. The new and improved micro-needle roller has a total of 540 titanium needles. Which dramatically increases the results.

What size would you recommend for stretch marks around thighs? Also, are there any serums you would recommend applying after to speed up the process?

Just FYI there has been reported deaths from people getting infections from using this. Not worth it.

for most people to use it on the head would start on 1.0mm. However if you haven't use it before, maybe you can start on 0.5mm and gradually move up.

It is suggested to begin with 0.25mm for the first time and gradually increase the needle size. Hope this helps.

From our experience, the roller stimulates elastin and collagen production in the skin, therefore smoother skin.

So basically by using this product your building up scar tissue and eventually this scar tissue will make the skin more even for things like acne scaring?

Hello Myasiatrade, It's a pity we can not use it underneath the eyes. I just bought a 0.5 mm on your site and hope I will enjoy it. For the neck, which lenght would you recommend?

It's not recommended for the eye area since the skin is very thin, especially underneath the eyes.

From our experience, you are to roll ( DO NOT DRAG) on the actual scar or area to get the desired results. Do not use a roller if your skin is irritated, infected, or if you have rosacea, active acne, eczema, worts or open sores. It's best to roll 4 or 5 times vertically, horizontally and diagonally.

so do you go back and forth only? in one direction or two? should you go directly over the scar or around it? can you go in circular motions? should you cover a wide area around the scar for best results or just the immediate area for best results? please explain further. thanks!

@rgz1985 Yes, overtime the needle may become blunt after continued use.
