    Regardless of whether it's about you, the video from the founder is passive aggressive and unprofessional. Wouldn't buy this product now bc even if it does work, the founder is a petty jerk. People don't like your product- that's part of capitalism.

    I can't stand the Evie blender , so what are they going to do?? go after every person now who puts out there in the world that their product is shit??
    They fall off their bike and landed on their Evie blender IMO … you don't see Morphe or NYX , Elf etc… CRY about youtubers not liking their product. Grow the fuck up , not a professional way for them to deal with this at all.. they should just ignore like every other company does. They need to learn that personal opinions are like Assholes , EVERYONE has one 😀

    Well, due to their customer service, I'll be boycotting the brand! Everyone is entitled to their opinion, they can't throw their toys out of the pram, when someone reviews their product in a way they don't like. So many other youtubers have made similar videos. They shouldn't have singled you out.

    bruhhh, evie blender about to go bankrupt and be sued and slandered before they even become a successful company 😂 evie blender needs to accept responsibility for their poor quality product and customer service. remember folks, you only feed into drama and get defensive when you have something to prove. obviously leesha has nothing to prove, as she has been a respected and well-established Beauty Guru in the beauty community for a DECADE. Where as the very new "brand" Evie blender has the world to prove. This makes perfect sense as to why Angie is being so defensive. She knows she has a poor quality product that no one likes and she is just trying to stand up for her product because her pride is hurting. Evie blender needs to try to rectify the situation before they will never have anyone buy from them again because leesha and Nikkie Tutorials and Laura Lee said that they did not like it. their combined subscribers are close to 10 million people. that is a huge huge huge Market of people who will most likely not buy this POS. if they want any chance of success, they need to rectify the situation

    What I see here, from the CEO, is insecurity and fear. She knows she doesnt have that great of a product and tried SO hard to make something good and it just didnt work out. The CEO is probably going through a lot of mental stress, can you imagine funding so much money into a product that didnt work? that sucks. im not saying what she did was correct but I cant help but to feel bad for her.

    Wow! This is super unprofessional on their part – I thought their original comment was bad but the video was beyond ridiculous. A better comment would have been more 'Sorry you've had this experience but we'd love if you'd be willing to maybe watch whatever video and let us know what you think then!' – all businesses need honest customer feedback if they want to be successful. Seems like these guys just can't take any criticism and the founder just seems to take everything personally.

    You handled this so well and I honestly don't think I'd even want to risk buying from this company now – they clearly have the worst customer service / PR / marketing, so I feel like if anything went wrong it just wouldn't get fixed.

    Plus, calling out popular beauty bloggers & vloggers as not being 'professionals' or 'experts' and saying they don't know what they're doing – way to alienate half your target audience.

    I really won't ever be buying anything from "Evie blender" simply because of her bad ass attitude. She's obviously a very unhappy woman that may need to take up yoga or something! Such negativity oozing out her pores! Not everyone is going to get on with your product, that's all part of it. She damaged her brand with her bad attitude 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Libel = written, slander = spoken, both can be part of defamation. Main part is that they have to prove that you knowingly lied about their product for the sole purpose of damaging their reputation/business. When you give an honest opinion on a product that is not slander/defamation. So glad you stood up for your review & yourself.

    Damn, from the first video you showed of the CEO, she seems like a total bitch tbh. She acted so sarcastically rude in the video, and was very talking condescending. smh.
    Will not be purchasing her blender anytime in the future. Saying "doing it wrong on purpose." Even though people like to give first impressions without research so they have a super unbiased opinion.. Very disappointing that you had to go through this ordeal just because they weren't happy with your review. I hope she loses sales because of this.

    I used to work for a few big beauty stores – Seriously laughable how this company have attempted 'damage control' Dont they realize other people can screenshot their publicly posted backpeddling! I've never used their product and honestly haven't heard of it here in Australia but it sounds to me too that their product isn't designed properly as any good product should have a clear direction as to how to use it without confusion or massive PR ramifications like has befallen them!
    Any other company I agree would try and fix the situation by offering assistance instead of criticism and defensive attitudes – there are definitely better ways to treat customers and have both parties happy at the end
    Nice too to see they publicly apologised but I agree its too late at this point they should have handled it way better and emailed you in a timely fashion retracting their statements and clarifying what happened in order for closure
    It sounds like maybe someone might have been fired but that might have been PR to cover themselves as well

    I'm sorry you have to go through this. there are a bunch of other youtubers who have also reviewed it and didn't like it. because of the way she's treating her customers as you are one, I wouldn't ever buy a product from them. I do not care for her attitude. she treating you very rudely. she seems like a b**ch.

    The condensending tone is her voice (the ceo) makes me sick and never want to support her for anything. It's disgusting how she says "unnamed" when clearly everyone knows who she's talking about…. They may not have been directly about you but she used the plural which could put you in that category
