Great education Angie, thank you! I make my own face wash w/organic coconut oil, Epsom salts and rosemary oil. It's fairly exfoliating. I use hot water and massage it in then finish with cold water and dry briskly with a terry towel. My thinking is exfoliation is good to get rid of dead skin cells. I see you gently patting your skin dry . . . am I damaging my skin w/exfoliation and terry towel rubs? I use Cosmedica C serum, hyaluronic acid, and Retinol, day and night moisturizers from 100% pure. Thank you also for your tips on sunscreen – so important! I wish I'd paid more attention when I was younger about sun damage. Without sun damage my 62-year-old skin would look amazing . . .

Sorry I probably look like a stocker; just trying to get these routines down. Angie have you tried Ren skin care? It's fabulous particularly the flash hydro boost. I use it after regular moisturizer. It has worked wonders on my 54 yr old skin!

Do you reapply sunscreen throughout the day? If so, how do you apply it over makeup?

Matrixl Synthe helped your skin because it's moisturising. nothing more. These magic ingredients are a sales gimmick. They cannot penetrate the dermis and would be dangerous if they could!! The only things that work are exfoliation and Moisturisation! ! Vit C, Retinol,AHA etc and just a cheap basic moisturiser on damp skin!

I have heard that vitamin C conflicts with niacinamide so don't use together. Some people say to use Vitamin c and retin a at night is that ok to do?

As for MooGoo SPF 30, I used it in Italy last year and the temperature was between 29° Milan and Venice to 37° in Verona and I came back the same colour as I went. Brilliant products. Shelley x

Hi Angie, my favourite SPF so far is MooGoo Natural SPF 15 plus, I add (SPF 30 to give extra protection if I am outdoors). It contains clear zinc and red raspberry seed oil.

It is an Australian brand with natural ingredients and not too expensive. Shelley x

I have been using the Timeless vitamin C. I really like how it feels. My question is has it ever bothered your under eye area? It seems that I have wrinkles, under my eyes, that weren't really there before. Knowing me, I probable remembered incorrectly, and I shouldn't have put it there. I have been using Retin A as well.

Thank you for sharing your thorough skincare routine. I'm curious about your choice to use Witch Hazel, as on Paula's Choice's ingredient list it is described as a highly potential skin irritant. What I use and can recommend as a toner is Simple Micellar Cleansing Water. It takes care of removing any makeup that may remain after cleansing and has niacinamide with some anti-irritants. And it's inexpensive, so why not?!

Hi Angie, you look fabulous as always! I just purchased 3 Timess serums which you are using (20% Vitamin CE Ferulic Acid Serum,  CoEnzymeQ10 Serum and Synthe 6 Serum).  I know that you use these 3 serums in the morning only. Could you please tell me why you are not using those at night as well? Do you think they will do any good if I will use them in the morning and at night? I'm using Retin A every 2nd night and AHA serum every other night. Looking forward to all your scincare videos!!!! Thank you! Regards, Tetyana

I have just purchased my first tube of Retin A and I have so many questions regarding what products are safe to use when using Retin A. I have Vit C (home make about 20%) Hyaluronic Acid 2% plus B5, Argireline Solution 10% and Advanced Retinol 2%. Can I use these on the days that I don't use the Retin A? I plan to try using the Retin A twice a week at night (Friday and Tuesday).
Angie I love your videos and I watch a variety. I have to say you are very clear in what you communicate. You seem well informed and have an excellent knowledge of the chemistry in all these products…amazing. Thank you so much. Happy mother's day and I don't even know if you are a mom???

Hi, thank you for the very useful video. Have you had any fillers or any kind of botox or anything else for the under eye area (to reduce puffiness, wrinkles, dark circle appeareance etc)?
Unfortunately, no matter how rested I am or how much water I drink I have the under eye area puffiness and ppl always tell "you look tired":(
Your under eye area is stunning!!! Would appreciate your advise a lot… Should I get filler done or follow a eye care routine or anything?

Hi Angie, I am able to easily deal with keeping my Timeless vitamin C from oxidizing without having to resort to putting it into two smaller bottles! I use Timeless pretty regularly but there was a great deal on Groupon a while back for another Vitamin C product called Hydro C+ Vitamin CE 20% Ferulic Serum so I gave it a try. This product came with a pump dispenser. I liked it and bought more via Groupon. When the deal ended I switched back to my Timeless serum but I kept the pump dispensers from the Hydro C+ bottles which perfectly fit my Timeless bottles! My Timeless Q10 serum, Matrixyl serum, Vitamin C serum all now have pumps. No fears of oxidizing and spills now. 🙂
