I think, you should see a dermatologist and only use medicated products advised by him. And focus on a healthy diet.
I am sure you will see great changes in your face if you follow this completely. And avoid makeup whenever you can. 🙂

the curel moisturizer is for dry and sensitive skin type. I have acne on my chest and all over my back. I don't have much acne on the face, but I do have many acne along my jaw line and the area under my ear.

I recently been using the cetaphil anti bacterial bar of soap, I was skeptical because I don't like cetaphil but this one is amazing it's so gentle and kills all the bacteria on your face but also makes your skin very soft! I use a moisturizer called sebamed it's formulated for sensitive skin and that's what I've been going for, more sensitive skin products than acne products because while I do have pretty bad acne this regimen has been working surprisingly!

You still use a lot of very drying products, which I am sure will do horrible damage to your skin in long term.
Have you ever tried using a hydrating toner for oily skin, then a hydrating essence and then a serum as a last step. Because those products absorb a lot better into the skin due to higher water content and smaller molecular structures.
Witch Hazel can irritate, maybe it's not so good to use all the time. Maybe try switching to a hyaluronic acid toner, then a fermented essence and some kind of brightening/cell renewal serum.
Wishtrend, a Korean website offers a lot of very natural products made in Korea. Switching to Korean skincare really turned the tables for me because their philosophy of treating acne and skincare is so different to Western products, I'm sure you found out in Japan about that. Actually, Body Shop adapted to Korean trends and makes a lot of good essences and serums now as well such as "Oils of Life", "Oils of Light" and "Drops of Youth" lines if you don't like ordering online.

I've been using the Mario Badescu anti acne serum at night after washing and toning and it's helped prevent massive breakouts. I've always been prone to cystic acne and clusters and this stuff has worked miracles!!! Definitely worth a try, only $28.00 from Mecca

For Vitamin C, you should check out Wishtrend's C21.5 Serum, or Klair's Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop. I've tried the C21.5 and it's been pretty effective, but if you want something less potent, I've heard amazing things about the Klair's serum.

Found interesting you use Benzac as part of your daytime routine, I use it at night as recommended by my dermatologist since it tends to create dark spots in the skin if expose to light or something like that.
    Thoughts?

Hi Jess! I used to suffer from moderate acne for about 7 years ever since I was 15-22 I want to say. I can definitely relate to you and any one else who has acne. Today I'm acne free and in the last two years i will only get the ocasional pimple maybe one or two at most every month. Sorry to babble so much just trying to give you a brief outlook on how my situation was and currently is. Let me tell you what worked for me. I was obsessed over trying out all acne products out in the market. Benzoyl peroxide salicylic acid creams on the spot treatments exfoliating my skin frequently minocycline you name it and all that stuff only aggravated my skin with so many chemicals. I decided to go the "natural" way and my skin has never been better. Here it is:

    1. Cleanser- I use tropical naturals Dudu osun African black soap. It is completely natural and has helped me so much with my acne and since it contains lemon juice it's helped me with my hyperpigmentation. (You can get it in bulk through eBay or amazon) it can be quite drying but nothing a good moisturizer can't fix.
    2. Toner- I make my own diy at home: 1part organic apple cider vinegar 1part witch hazel and 1part distilled or bottled water and keep it in my fridge nice and cool it is so soothing to my skin.
3.Moisturizer- I will use aloe Vera gel to moisturize it does the job so well
4.If and when I need an on the spot treatment I will dab some tea tree oil on my active pimple and watch it diminish incredibly overnight.(I only do this night time)
As two bonus things, when I feel I need to exfoliate my skin I will use a charcoal scrub since I haven't found a more natural one and I do it once every week. And the second bonus thing, when I want to wear a mask to remove impurities I will apply my Aztec Indian healing clay mask (you can get it off of amazon as well) and I will usually do this once every one or two weeks. It works wonders. I am so sorry this is such a lengthy comment I just hope it helps you and you give at least one of these products a go. You are very beautiful with or without acne:)! God bless you let me know if you have any questions! Xoxo!

Heyy Jess welcome back!! 😊 its been 7 months since I have moved to Australia from Bangladesh ( I've been following you for over 3 years I guess).
So anyways, my super annoying acne prone skin went crazy after coming here. But now its doing REALLY well. I'm using rosehip seed oil as moisturiser and it works wonders. It even helps heal scars and reduce the redness. You could give it a try!
Also, could you suggest some must try Aussie skin care products for acne? I have been experimenting with a lot of different products for the past few months! Thanks!!
