@Gothamista obsessed with your channel you are incredible 💕

I found you when I was researching The Ordinary. I have been lucky with my skin although it's sensitive and dry it has been clear and from break outs etc. I have started the ordinary skincare couple of weeks ago but I am worried that I am putting to much chemicals on my face. My routine is:
    Morning : Buffet – Hyaluronic – Niacimide – SPF

    Evening : Buffet – Retinoid 2% – Rose Hip – Vitamin C 23% – Azelaic Acid

At first I loved the outcome but my skin is starting to feel really raw and more red / then usual. I feel it's more sensitive and cracked/ dry patches are developing around my chin. Is there anything in my routine that's to harsh for my skin type and how many days should I be using each I have been doing this routine daily. I am in my 20s and I'm scared that I'm doing more bad to my skin then good !!

Skin starts to age around 20's (we're all aging every day) especially to those who don't wear sunscreen :p Make sure to good sunscreen and simple anti-oxidant-rich skin care products 🙂

Maybe you've already covered these q's but can you please do a video on skincare that shouldn't be mixed together (eg. vit c and niacinamide or I've read bha's and retinoids)- and which one you would pick seeing you have to choose between them.
Also a derm I saw hardly recommends tretinoin and instead encourages azelaic acid instead- do you think they are comparable?
And one last one- what skincare would you suggest for someone in their 20s that already has fine lines (me!) and obviously wants to prevent more from appearing and, if possible, reverse them (would you in that case consider lasers like fraxel etc) or can skincare do it alone? Thanks 😊😊!!

I've been watching your videos and I love the information!
My skin is increeeeedibly sensitive toward skin care products. I've tried various drugstore cleansers and moisturizers, lush cosmetics cleansers and moisturizers, "natural" products, sensitive skin products, Origins cleansers, purity, and Fresh. My skin reacts to all of them by opening up the pores on my cheeks and making my cheeks more pink. My temples also become painful to touch. I really want to find something to work with my skin but I'm hopeless! I would say my skin is sensitive/combination.
Do you have any recommendations? I've been wanting to try Drunk Elephant but I don't want to spend that much money on something that may not work for my skin.

Hi Gothamista, Love your video with Liah Yoo. Very interesting. I have three daughters in her ages 25, 18 and 16. The youngest one has the problem of Acne, specially on her forehead and cheek. (just a few), 18 and 16 has oily skin, and they are always worries about their skin and what skinroutine they need. As you can see, they don't have 20 or more, so what do you recommend for them? Love your channel. Big hug.

Renee I recently found your channel as I have been getting into Korean Beauty skincare and my skin is loving it. You offer the best and most helpful skincare advice and explain it so well. I have been going though watching so many of your videos. I'm in Australia so can't access all products, but have started with a few. Oh and Liah is great too and fun to see you together. Along with Jen from Meejmuse you three are the best. Look forward to learning more now I've actually made an account to susbscribe!

I know you get a lot of requests, but it would be amazing if you could make a video with more summer-related skincare product recommendations, because I know that I need to change my moisturizer and probably some steps of my skincare routine but I'm still not very sure what to purchase or take into account. I'm also scared of some ingredients that might make my skin more sensitive to the sun. Doing my own research but you explain everything so well and you have tried so many products that it would be very helpful!! Thank you! 😀 <3

I'm obsessed with your skincare videos as I am in my early 20's and am trying to find the right skincare for me but I was wondering if you can do a video or even just talk about it in a video is skincare for young people without acne! Luckily I have never had acne and suffer only from blackheads and the odd pimple but I feel like a lot of the information out there is for people with troubled skin! I feel so lucky but I really want to improve the consistency of my skin to look more even and less red and blotchy. I have cool toned skin so I suffer from a red undertone. My skin is sensitive aswell. I have been using rosehip oil before my moisturizer at night but I just want to get a good routine down pat. Even if you could mention some suggestions in another video for people with normal /sensitive skin that want to improve the skin they already have that would be great! It can just be confusing with all the information out there for either oily acne prone or dry skin.

I had the worst retinol experience. I used an over the counter (lower concentration) retinol serum and even went down to using it twice a week and it still made everything worse. I stopped using it.

Great video! Very informative! I'm 25 with dry, dehydrated skin with hormonal acne. I think vitamin C would benefit me but there are so many and it is very intimidating. Are there any specific vitamin C products that you recommend for a vitamin C beginner?

Such a fun collaboration! I really loved your interactions together!

Something that you have both talked about previously and again in this video, is how you mix products. What I would love to see is a how-to or step-by-step video on product mixing where you show us how you mix them, what you store the mix in, or if you do it in the moment each time you go through your routine.

Again, really great job ladies! Thank you for your hard work on these videos!

This answered basically all of my 20 year old questions!!! My biggest question is how to keep my skin protected! I wear sunscreen every day but I hate that it only keeps my skin protected for 2 hours. I can't necessarily reapply on top of makeup, it just isn't realistic for me. Anyone have any good tips? Right now – I just try to wear sunglasses when I leave the office….

I try to be as gentle as possible when it comes to my skin but I always end up being disappointed because I struggle with rosacea and it's seriously the worst. My skin can look fine one day and awful the other. If anyone has any advice I'm all ears.. 😣

I heard that vitamin E can cause acne more. Because I used to use a moisturizer that contains vitamin E and drink vitamins that contains vitamin E, they made my acne prone skin got worse, suddenly I have whiteheads on forehead.
