Thanks so much Stephanie. I've been on the fence for so long on taking the plunge for the tns eyecream. I finally did after watching this. I got the space ship 1, haha! I'm so happy I did! I can tell the difference in quality after using so many different types. Even after spending 65.00 on Dr.Perricone eyecream, i don't regret this because if it works I'll pay. I ended up getting 20%off on Dermstore so that helped. Thanks again and I remember 1 of your past videos on skincare awhile ago and u mentioned Skin Medica.

Hi Stephanie aww love it when Luke is back. The skincare line must be good looking at your skin, it's obviously good. I always question if they aren't as good as some cheaper brands that dermatologists recommends & no way would even if I had the money would I pay that for a cleanser but I would for a serum so maybe it's good to mix & match.Your skin looks lovely on it so yeah why switch if you can afford it🌸xxx🌸

Jouviance is a product that is used in spas in Canada but for some reason decided to sell their products on CVS.com for us to buy it he US…it has am amazing ingredient list. It is in the price range 49-69 bucks but with CVS discounts you can get them for decent prices. Please do a video for Jouviance and compare to the experience products like Skinmedica and Hydropeptide like the dermatologist recommend here. A dermatologist actually made the Jouviance products. I've had an excellent experience with it but want to try the two mentioned above. Just starting the Retin A I'm interested in the peptides, antioxidants etc, anything that helps with skin turnover. You are the only YouTube guru that hangs in to the end with honest advice. #needhelpinTexas😩

Great video! I should have the TNS eye cream in my mailbox today. I can't wait to try it!
I've used the TNS essential serum a while back, but I don't think I used it long enough.
I may have to save for that and give it a full run…

Fascinating & Tempting. But, woah – I had no idea of some of these prices. I'd love to try all medical grade skin care. However, I'm gonna go The Ordinary route and stick to my $7 Beenigma Dupe, along w/ some of my other holy grail products. I want to believe that a product with that type of price tag would produce a new face (it better for that price), but I just don't think so. That being said, I still value your reviews as always. You do a great and thorough job.

Since we're on the topic of high end products, I'd love to see a foundation road test of the La Mer Soft Fluid Long Wear Foundation!  I've tried countless foundations over the years and was highly skeptical that this could live up to its $110 price tag but I got a sample packet and am wowed Stephanie.  I've gotten about 4 uses from one little packet and am tempted to pull the trigger but I'd love to get your input too.  I'm turning 53 in a couple of weeks and feeling the need to step things up:)!

I'm curious about your thoughts regarding a comparison of Skinmedica and The Ordinary line of skincare. I'm using three items from The Ordinary now and have noticed a difference. The AHA/BHA peel, Niacinimide, and, Retinoids. I am definitely going to sample others, since it so affordable. The price is the biggest barrier to this line. It IS quite pricey. Thanks, Stephanie Marie.

Thank you SO much for this great overview of your favorite (and not so favorite) SkinMedica products. I have been investing more in my skin care, and want to start using medical grade products, but had no idea where to start. You have given me a great jumping off point, and I definitely think my first purchase will be the TNS serum. 💸😱 I also want to try the HA5 . No one else reviews products as comprehensively as you do, I truly appreciate all of your hard work, because it saves me heaps of cash!

Hi Stephanie, I think you said you work in pharmaceutical sales (?) so you must have a decent understanding of biology & chemistry. Have you looked into whether or not the ingredients of the $281 serum penetrate to the deeper layers of the epidermis where cells & matrix are still alive? (In order for this serum to reduce lines & wrinkles, it has to stimulate collagen & elastin production closer to the basal layer.) My husband & I are researchers. I use growth mediums in several cell lines in one of my projects and they don't carry anything special other than "food" for a particular cell line and buffers to maintain pH. Since you work at a pharma co, look at a chemical supply brochure/website (eg. Sigma) and look at fibroblast growth medium. I think you'll be disappointed in its content. With that said, I'm glad the serum works for you. Thanks!

My med spa primarily uses SkinMedica and I have tried lots of deluxe sizes of their products with great results. I actually just purchased the HA5 with the help of my Brilliant Distinction points and love it! Thanks for tip about usingwith wet fingers👍🏾. I have a deluxe size of the C&E and I find it very grainy when applied to my face and it even feels grainy on my hands. I think it works well but I can't get out the texture. Thanks for the review!!!

I've used Obagi skin care before and got great results from it, my question for you is, how do you use all those products together, do you alternate nights, it just seams like a lot to use all at once?
I had a sample face cleanser from skinmedica, liked it, but never ordered it.

HA5 is magic. I've only been able to afford it once and it was awhile ago. However, I am continuosly using some type of serum with hyraulonic acid in them. Skinmedica's HA5 is only skincare product I've ever used where I actually noticed any improvement in my skin while using it. Damn it!

Very helpful, going to save up and finally try the TNS serum. Since this is a big expense for me, could you recommend a moisturizer that is reasonably priced. I am worried I will slap on a moisturizer that will cancel the effects of the TNS ( but can't afford anything from skin Medica and the serum itself. ). Thank you Stephanie, great info!

I have tried everything from drugstore to Sephora and I find the best results from medical grade. My eye area is my problem and I think it's a good investment for me to buy medical grade eye creams. I am a typical middle class income what I do is take $20 or so from each pay to save for what I want. I just may avoid eating out so I can save that $20. Trust me from someone who has spent a lot of money on skincare medical grade is the way to go!

Very helpful video!  I've used the TNS off and on and absolutely love the way it goes on my skin and I'm wishing I'd stayed with it.  Another youtuber did a before and after using it but I think it was for only 30 days.  She showed no improvement and I stopped but now I realize it was not long enough to actually see any difference.  I often notice when dermatologists list the skincare they use on themselves, this is on their list.  Thank you for this review.
